Job Description
- Be accountable for overall Quality of Service and Patient Satisfaction rate.
- Handle and resolve our patient’s enquiries and/or feedback in a professional and tactful manner.
- Make appropriate recommendation to patient on suitable treatments.
- Perform administrative front-desk matters.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
Requirements
- Preferably 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
- Strong ability to communicate well with people from all walks of life.
- We welcome those without prior experience as well.
